Jill Myers of Hestia’s Handmaids has been providing housecleaning services for me for the past seven years, through two houses and an apartment. Before Jill, I’d tried three different cleaning services.
Jill is high-energy and works very hard. She cleans carefully and thoroughly, with attention to detail; really, she makes my bathrooms sparkle and the whole house smell fresh and clean. (I realize I sound like a Lysol commercial, but I’m not exaggerating.)
When Jill’s been at the house, I love to come home. The whole place is neat, clean, and smells great.
One of Jill’s main gifts is the ability to make things beautiful. Not only does she clean my house, she decorates and accessorizes. (Don’t worry – she won’t do that if you don’t ask her to. But I’m no decorator, and Jill is, and she makes my house look wonderful.) She chooses and hangs pictures, finds the perfect arrangement for the dining room table, and knows which flowers should go where and in which vase.
Jill’s also a fantastic organizer. She’s created a filing system for me and routinely straightens my closets and bathroom . . . and the office has been laid out for maximum efficiency. Again, Jill would never do this without an invitation. But since I’m hugely disorganized, I can’t imagine functioning without Jill’s impressive organizational skills.
In short, Jill will not only clean your house, but has a great eye for efficiency, orderliness, and beauty. I recommend Jill with absolutely no reservations. And, since she’s been with me for seven years, I know for a fact what may be the most important point of all: Unlike most cleaning services, Jill’s performance does not diminish over time. She’s just as thorough and careful now as she was in 1998. I’ve never known that in another cleaning service, and I value that consistent quality more than I can say.
